Computer Game
A lot of reading ALRIGHT
Left click to select (if unselected) or shoot (if selected) or place
Right click to select things or to activate tile ability (<<----will probably need changing, because misclicking might do bad things)
Shooting (named lightning) costs a static 30
Placing a new tile costs 100 resources
Hook costs 5 times the lightning cost, plus more from distance from the hit place.
tiles passively generate 2 resource per 0.5 seconds
If selected:
- Starter tiles have an extra generator.
- the regular tile has no extra abilities. Low vision
- Info tower (can't shoot) gives 2 vision at a high price. Has good vision
- Generator has no abilities, can shoot, has decent vision. Generates 0.333 of lightning cost
- RET machine shoots in the 'right' direction at the cost of 10 Lightnings (450) initially. It then shoots at the interval of 0.25 seconds with a 5 times less cost of shooting Lightning (30 / 5 = 6). Has a lot of vision but can't shoot normally
Tiles have different safe distances (Doesn't reduce damage per distance) and max distances (safe distance to max distance, goes from full damage to 0)
All costs are deducted from the selected tile.
Currently there's 2 types of AIs (one that I made (it's temporary and builds for free, probably can make the game lag(???). it's to your starter tile's right) and one that an AI made (it's worse, and just shoots ONE place basically indefinitely))
Current Issues:
- Small screen of play
- more reach than shown (in screen you can place tiles way above your screen)
- AI sucks
- NO sprites for different tile upgrades and utils
- AI(LLM) was used and that usually ain't very good. It is not fully raw output
- misclicks are punishing with right click (RET machine or other pricy abilities)
- Buttons not working (THEY WORKED BEFORE, HOW DID THEY BREAKKKKK?????)
Feedback could be of the game IDEA and the current tiles, not how it is now. Suggestions of tiles, utilities are very welcome
